Canal boat weekends for stags & hens are becoming one our most popular weekend activities and are a unique alternative to the usual city and hotel party weekend.

Enjoy cruising along the water at about 3-4 mph, looking out for canal-side pubs to stop at for a well-deserved refreshment from navigating your way through the locks.

No previous experience is necessary for a canal boat weekend as our boats are extremely easy to handle and full tuition is given at the start of every break. They will also advise the best places to moor up and the best places to stop and get a drink.

With our Bath, Birmingham & Oxford locations, you can moor up in the city centre ready for your night out. We can also book you in for some activities upon your arrival, such as our Cocktail Masterclass, which can include an evening meal. Some of our locations offer the fantastic Adonis or Dreamboys Show as an evening option or we can get you on the guestlists of the bars and clubs that these city centre breaks have to offer, while your floating hotel awaits your return.

We have an extensive range of locations all over the UK and our boats are fully equipped and furnished, with plenty of storage space offering a home from home feel.

We can offer a broad spectrum of prices – with some fantastic bargains. They range from 2-berths, 4-berths, 6-berths, 8, 9, 10 and 12 berths – we operate the full range with a good mixture of each at all bases.

Canal boat weekends are also perfect for those who want to escape the city and experience something different. You will be able to see the countryside in its natural beauty, have a drink at a pub and enjoy some time with friends. Photo opportunity heaven! Our Stratford – Upon – Avon base is ideal for this.

Our Glasgow and Edinburgh routes are a great way to explore the cities from a different perspective. You get to see the city from a new angle and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Our weekend breaks are for a 3 night period.  The boat master will give you full tuition needed.
