Your Hen Party Hula Hooping Dance Class

It is an excellent hen party idea for mixed-aged groups of hens. It doesn’t matter if the group has different levels of experience, as everyone can have a go.

Let our hula hooping instructor lead you in a class that will be both a laugh and an invigorating workout. You’ll be learning the basics of hula hoop moves and throughout your dance class you’ll have the opportunity to learn how to spin a hoop from different parts of your body and discover the benefits from a daily hula hooping workout.

All of your wiggling, jiggling and giggling will be accompanied by some top tunes to round off this awesome hip shaking masterclass.
