Have Questions? Hen Party FAQs
How do I enquire or make a booking?
Just get in touch via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger Live Chat, or complete our 60 second enquiry form. If you prefer, just drop an email to [email protected]
Many of our activities have an online booking button / calendar within their web page. So if you want to ensure you are at the front of the queue for availbility, then this is the best way to secure your booking.
Do I need to know exact group numbers before booking?
Exact numbers will only be required closer to the payment date as long as your booking isn't short notice.
What time do activities start?
Some activities have set time slots and others can be totally flexible. Timing information can be found on each individual activity and during peak season it's on a first come, first serve basis so the sooner you book, the sooner we can secure your prefered time slot.
What do I need to pay upfront?
Most of our activities can be secured with just a £25 deposit, usually paid by the group organiser which secures the booking for the whole group. Some variation of this amount may apply to specialist itineraries and events.
What happens after I have paid my deposit?
Your booking will be confirmed by one of our hen specialists and everything will be taken care of so sit back, relax and get ready to enjoy! If for some unforeseen circumstance we can not secure your booking the deposit will be refunded.
When is my balance due?
Balance is typically due 4 - 6 weeks prior to the event date. This may vary for some itineraries but this will be made clear to you at time of booking. If your activity is being booked short notice then the full balance may be due upon confirmation of booking.
What if I don't have every group member's payments on the final balance deadline?
Honestly? - Don't pay for them, or you might end up covering their payment if they decide to drop out after the deadline (and we tend to find that a party member not paying often means they are already planning to drop out!).
Your group members who pay late can sometimes be added on later, but bear in mind that reducing numbers after the deadline does not qualify any refund. So it's better to confirm only numbers that you have the money for.
